Get ready to conquer Persona 3 Reload with this 100% completion schedule guide! Everything you need to know to max all Social Links, view all Link Episodes, complete all Elizabeth requests, and rescue all Missing Persons on your first run is right here. Don’t miss out on any events or waste any valuable time – follow this guide closely and use the Rewind feature if anything seems off. Let’s dive in!
Introduction & P3 Reload Changes
Work in progress while I play through the game and take notes. Currently, the guide will contain major events and provide some preliminary information on actions mainly for the early parts of the game. If you want to play past that point before the guide has been completed, but still want some suggestions on how to maximize your experience:
While you can refer to my P3P guide as a general schedule, this guide will differ from it as I will try to make it utilize the new mechanics wherever possible, given that much of the early month evenings were just spent going to the arcade or studying only.
Please feel free to offer suggestions and provide any additional information that you think would be good to include for the guide while it’s being worked on.

This guide aims to provide an optimized schedule that players can follow along to experience as much of the story as Persona 3 Reload has to offer.
Persona 3 is a game that is near and dear to my heart. The original was the first Persona game to be released on the Playstation 2, and it introduced new mechanics and concepts that would come to define what the Persona series is today. A year later, an enhanced version was released called Persona 3 FES, with the biggest addition being “The Answer,” an epilogue to “The Journey” (the main story). Two more years after FES, ATLUS would then develop Persona 3 Portable for the Playstation Portable; due to the console’s technical limitations, the overworld traversal & cutscenes were cut in favor of a visual novel style, and “The Answer” from FES was excluded. In exchange, a playable female protagonist was added as a new way to experience Persona 3’s story in a new light for returning players (P3P was also ported to all modern platforms in 2023).
Persona 3 Reload is a remake that is focused on enhancing The Journey’s experience for the male protagonist from the original game, and bringing it to the modern Persona standard. This means there will be no epilogue from FES, nor the female protagonist’s story from Portable. However, that doesn’t mean the improvements made in those games have been discarded, as additions such as the Aeon Social Link, Missing Persons side quests, and Dorm Recordings have been retained.
Additional content has also been added which expands upon the casts’ stories beyond what we’ve seen in past versions of P3, with much more voice work across the board. One such big addition is Link Episodes, which are time-sensitive side stories that have a dedicated section in this guide (They’re technically called Linked Episodes because they’re linked together, as in you have to watch them as they’re made available to be able to continue future episodes; but I prefer Link Episodes because of the term “Social Link,” and because it’s called Link Episodes in the Japanese version).
Lastly, there is the new Rewind feature which allows players to rewind time up to 5 recent time-passing actions (amounts to 2.5 in-game days outside of forced time-progressing events). This is helpful in correcting any recent mistakes such as forgetting to carry a matching Persona before initiating a Social Link, or missing your chance to complete a Missing Persons rescue mission before the deadline.
Social Stats
There are three social stats in Persona 3 Reload: Academics, Charm, and Courage.
Performing certain actions will allow the player to earn points for these stats and level them up. It’s important that you work on them as soon as possible, as certain social links have social stat requirements for progression.
Each one starts at rank 1, and maxes out at rank 6.

Social Links Overview
It’s extremely important to carry a matching persona when working on social links, as this provides a 1.5x multiplier to all social points earned during interactions. While this is generally unnecessary until after reaching rank 2 of any Social Link, it’s best to get into this habit early.

Link Episodes Overview
These are available during specific times in the story, and are effectively Social Links in all but name (they’re even voiced). It’s also worth noting that they’re not exclusive to members of S.E.E.S. either. Watching them rewards the player with stat boosts and unlocks special persona fusions, so definitely keep an eye out for them and prioritize finishing them to the end.

Side Quests (Elizabeth’s Requests & Missing Persons)
You’re expected to reach the top floor and complete as much of your Tartarus-related side quests (Elizabeth’s Requests & Missing Persons) as possible every time this schedule prompts you to explore Tartarus.
For any non-Tartarus-related requests, stop by the Velvet Room every now and then to complete them in a timely fashion. As a rule of thumb, her requests update after every Full Moon (and she will occasionally reminds you too).
For a more detailed breakdown of all the side quests in P3R, see this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3152126686
