All great.Only recommendation is to include a 'proper coffee' in the breakfast for the cost.

Really clean venue at all times, facilities included was great, the staff were lovely and so helpful, in a great area and very close to public transport.

The check in experience has been annoying as we have been asked to subscribe to the membership to be able to have the room before 3 pm. Which we found ridiculous. We were allocated a room on 4th floor and later realised that the bed sheets were stained. We raised it via chat and we have straight away a room upgrade to the 8th floor with 2 complimentary drinks from the bar. This was very appreciated and made our stay very enjoyable. Thanks to the receptionist manager for this. The check out team are really friendly and the bar team too. I would go back and recommend this hotel.

Lovely decor and fittings, comfy bed. Would be nice to have a few extras considering the cost of the room like some biscuits, better milk for tea, more water in the room. Main complaint is the water pressure in the shower is very poor so if you have long hair like me very difficult to wash out the shampoo! I also think breakfast could be a lot better considering the price. Very limited fruit/ yoghurt selection which was disappointing and tea was poor )and had to wait over 10 min for the tea canister to be refilled). Other similar hotels do breakfast much better.
